Early St. Patrick’s Day Celebration at UIS

What’s a better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than with festive pancakes?! 🏫🇨🇦

UIS students and staff had an early celebration for St. Patrick’s Day. As we represented the holiday by dressing in green. Also, Student Council sold homemade green pancakes with chocolate chips, whip cream, and Canada’s famous maple syrup.
