UIS 지원 서류 패키지를 제출하기 전에 환불 규정을 반드시 주의 깊게 읽어주시기 바랍니다.
국제 학생
캐나다 이민·난민·시민권부(Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, IRCC)로부터 유학 허가(Study Permit)가 거절된 경우, $600의 행정 수수료를 제외한 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
환불을 신청하려면 아래 서류를 제출해야 합니다:
• 유학 허가 거절 통지서 원본 (Original Letter of Refusal)
• 입학허가서 원본 (Original Letter of Acceptance)
• 등록금 납부 영수증 원본 (Original Receipt of Paid Tuition)
단, UIS에서 등록금 영수증을 발급하거나 공식 입학허가서(LOA)를 발행한 이후, 학생·학부모 및/또는 보호자가 개인적인 사유로 등록을 취소하는 경우에는 환불이 불가합니다. 예외적으로, IRCC에서 유학 허가가 공식적으로 거절된 경우에만 위의 환불 규정이 적용됩니다.
국내 학생
수업 등록 관리 정책에 따라, 학생이 수업을 시작한 이후에는 과정을 완료하지 않았더라도
환불이 불가합니다.
