PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM


MINIMUM ENROLLMENT

2 Weeks | Starting every other Monday


PROGRAM FEES

Tuition Fee: $800 CAD Biweekly
Registration Fee: $200 CAD (One-Time)

WorkReady Program Module

Module A

Administrator (medical office included) and Retail

Week 1: Administrator: Receptionist, Medical office

    • Greeting (on the phone and in-person) & Handling request
    • Scheduling appointments & taking messages
    • Forms & documentations, and Email responding

Week 2: Retail: Cashier, Sales associate, Customer service

    • Greetings: Customer service
    • Following & clarifying verbal instructions
    • Handling complaints & difficult situations
Module B

Accommodation and Food/Beverage

Week 1: Accommodation: Front Desk, Guest service rep.

    • Telephone & scheduling- answering calls and taking reservations
    • Handling problems - reporting issues & escalation
    • Forms & documentations- workplace emails & incident report

Week 2: Food/Beverage: Bartender, restaurant server

    • Customer Service: greeting, explaining special menu, taking orders
    • Workplace instructions: Safety signs & procedures
    • Team communication- feedback & collaboration
    • Greeting & order taking
